Clients, sites, systems, panels, loops and circuits, down to each detector and fitting, with make, model, location and history.
QR labels that open the record
Print 24 mm labels on a Brother PT-E550W. Scan one to see the device, its last test and any open faults. Damaged labels reprint in seconds.
Certificates on the phone
Commissioning, inspection and servicing forms for fire alarm, emergency lighting and electrical work, saved as PDFs and e-mailed to the client.
Works without signal
Engineers keep working in plant rooms and basements. Everything syncs when the phone is back online.
Faults to call-outs
Anyone on site can report a fault from a label. It arrives in the office with the caller’s details and becomes a booked job in one tap.
Jobs, timesheets and CIS

What you need
A Windows 10 or 11, Mac or Linux computer that stays on, with a broadband connection. Phones and tablets use any modern browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. The installer sets up your secure address and Windows Firewall for you.
