What we collect

When you buy: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and billing address, given to us by Stripe. When you contact us: what you type into the form. We never see or store card details; Stripe handles payments.

Why

To issue and re-send your licence keys, to invoice you, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who sees it

Stripe (payments) and our e-mail provider. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long

For as long as you hold a licence, then six years for tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us using the form on the home page.
