The site, the office and the books, wired together.
Three programs written by a working UK electrical, fire and security contractor. Asset Manager runs the site work and the certificates, the Construction Suite runs the quotes and the office, and AQI Accounts keeps the books. Use one on its own, or connect all three.
One job, start to finish
Each program covers one stage of a job, and they pass the details along so nothing is typed twice.
- Construction Suite
Price it and win it
Build the quote from your own catalogues, add T&Cs and RAMS, then raise purchase orders against it once it's accepted.
- Asset Manager
Fit it, test it, certify it
Engineers record every detector, fitting and circuit on their phones, print QR labels on site, and send the certificate as a PDF before they leave.
- AQI Accounts
Bill it and book it
Invoices, payments, CIS deductions and VAT land in the books, ready for the month end and for your accountant.
AQI Asset Manager
A central register of every system and device you look after, with the commissioning, testing and maintenance records behind each one. It runs on your own office server and works on phones and iPads, even with no signal.
- QR labels on 24 mm tape from a Brother P-touch, scanned to open the device's history
- Fire alarm, emergency lighting and electrical certificates, plus intruder, CCTV, access and more
- Multiple panels, loops and circuits for big commercial sites
- Faults reported from a label become a call-out in one tap

AQI Construction Suite
The office side of the business in one file that opens in your browser. Quote from catalogues split by manufacturer, raise purchase orders and variations, issue certificates, chase overdue invoices and produce CIS statements.
- Catalogues with supplier tabs: Apollo, Gent and your own price lists
- Quote templates, quote archive and edits that keep the same reference
- Purchase orders that track what's already been ordered against a quote
- Client folders with sub-jobs, snags, variations and O&M handover packs

AQI Accounts
Proper double-entry bookkeeping for a construction business, kept in one file on your own computer. It knows about CIS, retentions and VAT schemes, so you aren't bending general-purpose software to fit.
- CIS Centre: payment and deduction statements and CIS300 tracking
- VAT & Tax Centre, including the cash accounting scheme
- Bank feed tagging with saved rules, and reconciliation
- Profit and loss, balance sheet, aged debts, budget against actual and cash-flow forecast

Made for the systems you put in
Forms and equipment lists follow the British Standards you work to every day.
- Fire alarms BS 5839-1
- Emergency lighting BS 5266-1
- Electrical installations BS 7671
- Intruder alarms
- CCTV
- Door access
- Nurse call
- Disabled refuge and toilet alarms
- Audio and induction loops
- Health and safety
Buy outright or by the year
Buy outright and the licence is yours to keep. Yearly subscription costs less up front, includes every update, and renews by itself each year.
Either way you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure payment page. Your licence keys are e-mailed the moment the payment goes through.
Getting your licence in
Asset Manager collects its licence by itself. Your server checks for it every 15 minutes during the trial, then switches to licensed with nothing to copy.
Construction Suite and AQI Accounts have a Get my licence button in Settings › Licence. Type the e-mail address and licence number from your licence e-mail, and the key is saved for you.
Questions
Do I have to buy all three?
No. Each program works on its own. If you use more than one, switch on the link in each program's settings and they share clients, suppliers, invoices and CIS payments.
Where is my data kept?
On your own computers. Asset Manager runs on an office PC (Windows, Mac or Linux) that your phones connect to. The Construction Suite and AQI Accounts keep everything in files you choose, which you can back up to a USB stick, Dropbox or OneDrive.
What do I need to run Asset Manager?
One office computer that stays switched on, and phones, tablets or PCs for your engineers and office staff. The installer sets up a secure web address with a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so phones work from anywhere.
Can I try before buying?
Asset Manager runs as a full 14-day trial with nothing to pay. If you buy during the trial, your server picks up the licence by itself and keeps all your data. For the Construction Suite and AQI Accounts, ask us for a demo.
What happens when a yearly subscription renews?
Stripe takes the payment on the anniversary and your licences are extended by a year straight away. Asset Manager collects the renewed licence by itself, and you'll get an e-mail with the new keys for the other two.
I've lost my licence key.
Use Lost your key? in Asset Manager, or Get my licence in the other two, with your registered e-mail address. The keys only ever go to that address.
