What it does
Quotes from your catalogues
Pick items by system or trade, split by supplier tabs. Start from a template, autosave as you go, and edit a sent quote without losing its reference.
Purchase orders and variations
Raise POs straight from an accepted quote. The Suite remembers what’s already been ordered and only offers what’s still outstanding.
Client folders and sub-jobs
Every quote, invoice, PO, certificate and snag for a client in one place, broken down by block, plot or phase.
Testing and commissioning
Electrical, emergency lighting, fire alarm and renewables certificates, plus PAT testing, issued from the client folder.
Invoices and chasing
Invoice from the quote, track payments and retentions, and work through overdue reminders in one review screen.
CIS and subcontractors
Payment and deduction statements, a monthly CIS report, and insurance expiry dates for every subcontractor and supplier.
RAMS, T&Cs and O&M packs
Your own libraries of risk assessments, terms, letters and e-mail templates, and handover manuals at the end of the job.
App Lock and activity log
Optional logins with per-person permissions, auto-lock, and a record of who changed or deleted what.
Backups your way
Save to a USB stick, a shared folder, or your own Dropbox. Two computers can quote side by side without reference clashes.
